  1.  I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech and mind in this and all past lives to the Buddhas of the three times.
  2.  I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech and mind in this and all past lives to the Dhamma.
  3. I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech or mind in this and all past lives to the Sangha.
  4. I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech and mind to my mothers from time immemorial.
  5. I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech and mind to my fathers from time immemorial.
  6. I ask forgiveness for any harm I have done by body, speech and mind to my partners from time immemorial.
